To me this quote is similar to photography because in photography you have to observe things and interpret them in you own way. Wether it be a picture of a rock or it be a picture of a flower. Because you as the photographer have to find significance in both and show them as more than what they really are.
To me this quote connects to photography by representing how as the photographer you have to see thing greater than they're. One way is how your outlook on the world may be . And how you see the people and thing around you. I think films not dead because movies are still shot with film.

Film helps you understand the beauty of nature in a more relevant way. I strongly believe that film is becoming used more often than digital.
